Green Acres Stewardship Grant
The Township of Hamilton is pleased to submit an application for a Green Acres Stewardship Grant for Sayen Gardens for improvements to the grounds and ponds. Included in the application are a concept plan, an environmental impact assessment, and a quote sheet for the proposed improvements.
2025 Sayen Gardens Project Updates - Dock Pond Area and Ramble Area

As part of the Green Acres Stewardship Grant Project, Princeton Hydro will begin removing debris from the Ramble and Dock Pond areas starting today, November 17. For your safety, these areas of Sayen Gardens will be closed to the public until further notice.

On September 26, 2025, a contractor hired by the Township of Hamilton, Princeton Hydro, will be applying herbicide (Aquapro, Habitat, and Rodeo) in the area of the Dock Pond and Ramble. These garden features will be closed to the public during the application of the herbicide and for approximately six (6) hours after the application. This is the first phase of the renovations for these two features within the Garden. Thank you for your cooperation as we work towards improving this valuable community resource.
