QDOBA Mexican Eats, the leading fast-casual restaurant known for its customizable, fresh entrées and signature free-of-charge guacamole and queso, celebrated its Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony on November 17, 2025, at its new Hamilton Township location at 1070 White Horse Avenue. Mayor Martin was present to formally welcome the franchise to the community.
The new Hamilton location is situated at the former site of the historic Fame Diner, breathing new life into a familiar local landmark. The Hamilton location of QDOBA is operated by the TIG Corporation franchise group and introduced QDOBA’s popular menu to local guests. Diners can enjoy fan favorites like customizable burritos, burrito bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and salads, with the signature benefit of no extra charge for premium toppings – including hand-smashed guacamole and 3-cheese queso.
The ribbon cutting ceremony was marked by high energy and community enthusiasm as the first 100 guests in line who purchased an entrée received FREE QDOBA burritos or bowls every month for an entire year. Guests also enjoyed games, giveaways, and opportunities to meet the restaurant team.
Mayor Martin expressed the community’s enthusiasm stating, “We are thrilled to welcome QDOBA to Hamilton and excited to see this new business bring great food and energy to our community.”
