Terroristic Threats/Weapons Offense

Davay Jackson
On February 6, 2026, Officers from the Hamilton Police Division Patrol Unit and Anti-Crime Unit arrested Davay Jackson (39 years of age) on charges including terroristic threats and unlawful possession of a weapon, following a disturbance over payment of gasoline.
Officers responded to the 24 Seven Fuel gas station (Nottingham Way), where a verbal altercation reportedly escalated. During the incident, the suspect allegedly made threatening statements, causing concern. It was reported that a knife was displayed during the confrontation. Davay was taken into custody shortly after the altercation without incident. Upon further investigation, a firearm was located in Davay’s jacket. The firearm was recovered without incident and there were no injuries reported.
