Lamar Giddens
Hamilton, NJ: On Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at approximately 1:01 P.M., the Hamilton Police Anti-Crime Unit and the Hamilton Police SWAT Unit conducted a search warrant on a residence of the 1300 block of William Street after a month-long investigation into narcotics trafficking. During the search Officers located two shotguns, a handgun, ammunition, suspected heroin/fentanyl, along with paraphernalia and $11,655.00 in US currency. Police observed a male exit the residence and arrested him on outstanding warrants prior to the search warrant. He was identified as Lamar Giddens, 32, of Hamilton.
After the search warrant, Giddens was additionally charged with three counts of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, three counts of Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose, three counts Possessing a Weapon During CDS Offense, Possession of Heroin with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Heroin with Intent to Distribute in School Zone, Possession of Heroin, two counts Prohibited Weapons and Devices, and Possession of Paraphernalia. He was transported to the Mercer County Correctional Facility pending a detention hearing.
