On 09/25/23 Det. Tom Clugsten arrested a suspect in the aggravated assault stabbing case that occurred on 09/20/23 at 10:41 P.M. in the area of Waverly Place and Mervine Place. One of the victims was treated and released for his injuries, however the second victim is still hospitalized and is being treated for his injuries.

All parties are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
