Reservation of Picnic Areas
Open picnic areas for small family picnics with no more than 15 people (including children) do not require a permit. Groups over 15 or those that wish to reserve the area will be required to obtain a permit. Please note, the park is always open to the public; however, the reservation holder will receive priority of the picnic tables and pavilions. In order to obtain a picnic permit, you must be 18 years of age and complete payment, and a Hold Harmless Agreement. The person reserving the area must be on site at all times during the scheduled picnic. * Please note, the parks and playground equipment are always open to the public; however, the reservation holder will receive priority of the picnic tables and pavilions. *
Veteran's Park - South Court Games Pavilion
(Kuser Road Entrance) 2206 Kuser Road (pavilion is located near Skate Park & Volleyball Courts)
Suitable for large groups: 100 people or less
For 5ks and groups larger than 100 people, additional approval from Recreation is required.
FEATURES: covered pavilion with electricity and restrooms attached, picnic tables, access to nearby volleyball courts and open space; designated parking lot near pavilion
Veteran's Park - North Playground Pavilion
(Klockner Road Entrance- across from Steinert High School) 2900 Klockner Road
Suitable for groups of 50 people or less
FEATURES: covered pavilion, picnic tables, charcoal grills (charcoal not provided), large playground area, public restrooms within walking distance
*Please note, electricity is not available at this location*
Kuser Farm Picnic Grove
390 Newkirk Avenue (or enter via Kuser Road behind Trenton Catholic Preparatory Academy)
Suitable for groups up to 75 people
FEATURES: open, grassy, picnic space with access to picnic tables and charcoal grills (charcoal not provided); playground and public restrooms within walking distance *Please note, overhead covering and electricity is not available at this location* The Gazebo is not available for picnic rentals or usage. Pop-up tents are allowed but cannot be staked in the ground.

Hamilton Based Organization/Resident: $250
Out of Town Organization/Non-Residents: $300

Cancellations
In order to receive a full refund, cancelations must be made 14 days prior to the event. Reservations canceled less 14 days prior will be offered a makeup date or future reservation. More information can be found in out frequently asked questions.

Park Hours
Picnic areas and pavilions are available for use from dawn until dusk. Only ONE reservation is issued per area, per day. The reserved area can be used for a portion of the day or the whole day. Event start and end time is at the renter's discretion.
Food Trucks
If you would like to have Food Trucks/Vendors at your event, the food trucks must be licensed by the Township Health Department in order to serve on Township Property. Food trucks are required to obtain a temporary ($75 per event) or annual ($125 per year) permit. For more information on licensed vendors, please contact the Health Department at 609-890-3828.
