An annual Mother's Day weekend fun filled event with local craft vendors and good food as you stroll through our renowned botanical gardens complete with blooming Azalea shrubs. 

2023 Azalea Festival

We are excited to announce after a few years on hiatus (due to inclement weather), the annual Azalea Festival will be taking place on the rain date of Sunday, May 14, 2023 from 10 AM to 4 PM at the beautiful Sayen Botanical Gardens (located at 155 Hughes Drive, Hamilton, NJ 08690), residents and visitors can once again enjoy a magnificent display of over 250 thousand flowering bulbs, dogwoods, azaleas and rhododendrons, beautifully landscaped walking paths, fountains, bridges, lakes, gazebos, and breathtaking scenery. 

Throughout the day, attendees can tour the Sayen House, visit crafters and vendors, and grab a bite from a variety of food trucks. Food vendors attending include: Twisted Steaks, Hoboken Cucina, Chic Gourmet Empanadas, Aunt Martha’s Funnel Cake, Swal Dairy, KK Sweets, D&D Catering, Buzzetta’s, and Poppin Don’s Kettle Korn.   

Musical entertainment is provided by The Ambiance Duo from 10 AM-2 PM, You Gotta Have Harp from 10 AM-1 PM, and Rick, Kenny and Den Trio from 12PM-3PM. 

Say cheese! Mothers can receive free family portraits from 10 AM-4 PM. Photographs are provided by Group Ventures Unlimited and are available while supplies last.
