Adopt a Fur-ever Friend or Purr-fect Companion from the Hamilton Township Animal Shelter!

Searching for a Fur-ever Friend or maybe a Purr-fect Companion? Why not let one of our shelter animals rescue you! Each month we will highlight a new Fur-ever Friend and/or Purr-fect Companion in need of adoption from the Hamilton Township Animal Shelter & Adoption Center. Not ready to adopt? Volunteer and foster opportunities are also available.

This month we invite you to get to know Bella & Benz!

Bella is a 13 year old senior lady who became homeless when her owner passed away. An outspoken kitty, she is in search of a comfy spot on the sofa to call her own and enjoy her afternoon siestas. She prefers to let you know when she wants your attention and is happy to let you know when she wants her own space. Recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism - she needs twice daily medication and regular visits to her veterinarian to regulate her dosage. She'll make a lovely companion for a quiet, adult-only household.

Benz is a smiley, stud-muffin who is as classy as his name implies and is in search of his adult-only forever home. Benz loves everyone he meets – people and dogs alike. He is a high-impact, high energy player with other dogs – which can be a great energy burner for this exuberant pooch. If you are interested in meeting Benz we are sure he is ready to flash you his signature toothy submissive grin.

Fill out our Online Adoption Application to be contacted by our Shelter staff and schedule an appointment to meet Bella or Benz at www.HamiltonNJ.com/AnimalShelter
