Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash

On July 8th, 2025, at approximately 5:38 p.m., a fatal motor vehicle crash involving four vehicles occurred on Nottingham Way at the intersection with Donald Drive. The two primary vehicles were a 2014 Chrysler 300 being driven by a 19-year-old male from Burlington NJ, and a 2023 Toyota Camry being driven by a 39-year-old female from Bristol PA. The preliminary investigation appears to indicate the Toyota Camry was stopped within the intersection facing eastbound, waiting to turn left into the Walmart shopping center located at 1750 Nottingham Way. Upon attempting to turn left into the driveway of the shopping center, the Toyota Camry was struck on the passenger’s side by the Chrysler 300 as it traveled westbound into the intersection. Following the initial impact, two vehicles stopped within the shopping center exit lane were struck by the Toyota Camry, resulting in minor damage to those vehicles.

A total of seven people were transported via ambulance to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, NJ. One person, a 47-year-old female from Hamilton, NJ succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased at the hospital. She was seated in the rear of the Toyota Camry during the impact. All other involved parties were treated and stabilized with varying degrees of injury.

The crash is currently under investigation by Officer B. Mandelko of the Hamilton Police Traffic Unit. Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is asked to contact the Hamilton Police Traffic Unit at (609) 581-4000. The names of the involved parties are being withheld pending further investigation. Special thanks to the Hamilton Twp Fire Division for assistance at the scene.
