Mayor Jeff Martin, Assemblywoman Tennille McCoy, and Robbinsville Councilman and President/CEO of the Princeton-Mercer Chamber of Commerce, Hal English, were present for the official ribbon-cutting of Vitale Inspection Services LLC’s brand-new Vitale Plus Building on Friday, June 6, 2025. Located at 3123 Klockner Road in Hamilton, the celebration attracted nearly 100 guests, including clients, business partners, and family members.
Founded by Carlo Vitale in 2011, Vitale Inspection Services is built on decades of experience in residential construction and a steadfast commitment to integrity, communication, and client service. Carlo, who began learning construction alongside his father at a young age, went on to expand his expertise into the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC fields before launching his own company. His dedication to quality inspections and community connection has made Vitale a trusted name in the region.
During the event, Carlo expressed deep gratitude to his family, clients, and team for their ongoing support. He also spoke about the mission behind his nonprofit organization, Happy Smiles Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2019. Inspired by the idea that “a simple act of kindness can brighten someone’s day,” Happy Smiles reflects the same compassion and commitment that drives the Vitale brand.
The Vitale Plus Building houses new office space and equipment storage for the growing inspection firm, as well as dedicated classroom space for continuing education and professional development. The facility accommodates 35–40 guests and is designed to host training events and classes for real estate professionals, inspectors, and other professionals involved in the home sales process.
“This new space isn’t just about business growth,” said Carlo. “It’s about giving back—to the industry, to our community, and to the people who have helped us get here.”
