Hamilton Township Mayor Jeff Martin recently toured the new location for SETS Hybrid Training as they opened their new location in town. The business welcomed guests to the gym on May 1st with a grand opening celebration.
Located in Hamilton Marketplace, SETS Hybrid Training is the fourth addition for Owner Anthony Kapasakis, with locations in Jackson, Old Bridge and Freehold. SETS Hamilton is a new way of working out that is changing the way locals get in shape. Sessions are both beginner friendly and challenging to the most elite level of fitness enabling them to help people all over the spectrum starting at 16 years old to 70+ in a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
At SETS Hamilton, classes are conveniently scheduled throughout the day to fit anyone’s schedule. “Whether you need to get a workout in before work, after dropping the kids off at school, or on the way home at the end of the day, we have a class that’s right for you”, said Head Coach, Amanda Dailey. Classes begin at 5:00 AM and run hourly throughout the morning, and then start up again in the evening at 4:10 PM. Weekend morning classes are also available. “We’re offering discounted memberships for law enforcement, first responders, military, nurses, and teachers, as well as those living in the same households,” Dailey added.
