Mayor Jeff Martin, CouncilmanHal English of Robbinsville, and President/CEO of the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce and Michele Siekerka, President of NJBIA were all present for a ribbon cutting at Spigola Restaurant and Bar on Thursday, April 10, 2025, celebrating its new owners, Sam and Puja Jain.
Owners, Sourabh 'Sam' & Puja Jain bring years of experience in the Food and Hospitality industry to Spigola Restaurant and Bar, located in the Deerpath Shopping Center. They are also the owners of Bombay River in Red Bank, NJ. Spigola established in 2006, has been a part of the Hamilton Township community for nearly 20 years and offers Italian cuisine, including steaks, chops, seafood, along with a variety of cocktails and wines.
