At the time of this notice (3 PM, Monday, March 19, 2018), the Mercerville “Five Points” intersection is CLOSED to traffic due to an emergency utility-related issue.

Although it is not yet known when the intersection will be reopened, motorists should attempt to avoid this area through peak evening rush hour times tonight.

Hamilton to Hold Job Fair for Retail, Summer Employment on May 16th     

In her ongoing quest to translate local business growth into job opportunities for Hamiltonians,   Mayor Kelly Yaede is inviting businesses and residents to participate in Hamilton’s upcoming Job Fair, which will focus upon retail and summer employment. 

The Job Fair – Hamilton’s second of 2017 -- will take place on Tuesday, May 16, 2017from 5 - 8 PM at the Hamilton Golf Center Conference Room located at 5 Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. Way in Hamilton (located next to the Hamilton Township Public Library). 

Admission for job seekers is free; however attendees are highly encouraged to pre-register online at to expedite the registration process on the day of the event.

Businesses interested in finding qualified job candidates can reserve an exhibitor table for $75, while event sponsorships are also available to local companies for $250. Both can be reserved online at:

Hamilton’s job fairs are held thanks to the Hamilton Economic Development Advisory Commission (HTEDAC), a municipal government commission that organizes similar events throughout the year.  Through sponsorships and private dollars, the Commission works to hold these and other efforts without a cost to Hamilton taxpayers.
