Wants to Know in Annual Calendar Photo Contest

Mayor Kelly Yaede and Township officials want to know
your favorite public spot in the community…along with a picture and a reason
It’s all a part of the Township’s annual Photo Contest
for the upcoming 2016 Hamilton Township Municipal Government Calendar.
“With our community’s wonderful parks, beautiful historic
homes and the many great public areas across our community, Hamilton is home to
so many ‘special spots’ that our residents enjoy. I look forward to seeing what spots are our
residents’ favorites in this year’s photo contest,” says Mayor Kelly Yaede.
Residents are asked to submit electronic pictures meeting
the following contest requirements:
public or community area within the Township (such
as a public park, lake, historic home, recreational area, community center
or preserved open-space area)
Picture Resolution – Please make sure your
submission meets the quality standards of at least 300 DPI (dots per inch)
or minimum dimensions of 3000 x 2400 pixels, as poor resolution may result
in our inability to feature your photograph
to Provide Your Reason – we want to
know why it is your favorite spot, in
15 words or less
Picture Limit – please limit submissions to a
maximum of 3 photographs
to Sign Contest Disclaimer Form – We thank you
for signing and returning the form, available online at www.HamiltonNJ.com/PhotoContest,
giving permission to feature your photograph in the calendar
pictures of private businesses, please – In
fairness to the generous local businesses that support the annual calendar
through paid advertisements, submissions featuring private businesses
(such as a specific restaurant, retail store or company) will not be
As in past years, a selection committee will help
determine the submissions that will be featured in the 2016 Township
Calendar. Submitters will be credited
for their photographs, which will be displayed along with the reasons the
location is their favorite community spot.
Photographs must be submitted electronically (via E-mail
attachment) to DDeGregory@HamiltonNJ.com
no later than Friday, October 16, 2015.
