Information Regarding Forecasted Winter Storm – Posted Wednesday, November 26
The latest weather forecasts are predicting that rain across our region should begin to turn into snowfall in the early afternoon of Wednesday, November 26th.
Hamilton Township’s Department of Public Works crews are prepared to begin addressing primary Township roads upon the onset of snowfall.
Forecasts continue to indicate snowfall of approximately three inches or less across Hamilton, including less than two inches of snow accumulations on roads, due to early storm melting. This minimal snow accumulation would not require the plowing of secondary/neighborhood roads. Therefore, the Snow Plow Sal website will not be activated at this time, unless conditions change.
Mayor Kelly Yaede and Hamilton Township’s Department of Public Works ask residents to continue to monitor the latest weather forecasts and to exercise caution if traveling over the course of this storm and the Thanksgiving holiday.
