Friday, June 22 is Roy Rogers Night
at Kuser Farm Mansion
Join us for a couple hours of fun, reminiscing and entertainment.
Roy ( aka – Cowboy Phil) will be riding in to Kuser Mansion at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, June 22nd for some music and singing . Then at 8:00 p.m. “Heldorado” will be shown on the Kuser Mansion Cinemascope screen.
“Helorado” is one of Cowboy Phil’s favorite Roy Rogers films with Roy, playing a Nevada Atae Ranger and Dale, a local in for the fun of Helldorado Days. ‘Heldordo” is set in Las Vegas, Nevada, and uses the backdrop of the city’s annual Helldorado celebration to its full advantage. During the celebration Las Vegas relives its history as a frontier town, giving the movie a lot of excuses to throw in some extra fun like a parade, a rodeo, a carnival at the Helldorado Village, and a fast-paced treasure hunt on horses. Ganny Hayes adds to the movie as the Organizer of Helldorado Days.
The Kusers were long associated with 20th Century Fox and were well known in the Township for their weekend movie nights, showing 20th Century Fox movies, often before they were released to the public. Each month we continue this movie night tradition with an indoor movie on the 18 ½ foot, Cinemascope screen at Kuser Farm Mansion.
