The Hamilton Township Department of Water Pollution Control would like to inform residents and businesses of emergency sanitary sewer work scheduled to begin Monday, October 31, 2011.  The work will include repairing the laterals that service #413 and 414 Church Street, weather permitting, from the sanitary sewer main in the middle of Church Street to the curb.  New cleanouts will be placed in the sidewalk behind the curb.  It is anticipated that the work can be completed in two days.

In order to safely conduct this work, Church Street will have to be closed and traffic detoured around the area on Main and South Broad Streets during the day.   Police, fire, ambulance, and Hamilton school bus service will be notified of the detour.
