Free Rabies Clinic on Wednesday, June 1st

Hamilton Township will hold a free rabies immunization clinic for dogs and cats on Wednesday, June 1, 2011, at the McManimon Township Building located at 320 Scully Avenue, between the hours of 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.  As a courtesy, the clinic is open to Township residents only (proof a residency is required), and is free of charge.

The June free rabies immunization clinic is the 2nd to last clinic of this year (Hamilton’s final free clinic of 2011 will be held on September 7, 2011).

New Jersey Department of Health Policy requires the immunization of dogs every 2 years, even if the inoculation is good for a 3 year period.

For residents utilizing this Hamilton Township service, all dogs must be leashed.  As a safety precaution, dogs should be muzzled, if necessary.  All cats must arrive in a carrier.

For questions, residents may call the HamStat Call Center at (609) 586-0311 on weekdays (except holidays) between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

Note for Directions: The McManimon Building at 320 Scully Avenue is located off of Olden Avenue, between Liberty Street and Cedar Lane, opposite the Olden Pharmacy.
