Advanced Traffic Impact Notice

Project: Maintenance Concrete Pavement Repair Contract Central (MCPRC)

Route/Direction/ MP: Route 130 / NB / MP 55.75 to 60.30 & MP 61.80 to 62.48

Route 130 / SB / MP 55.75 to 59.80

This Notice -  Route 130 / SB / vicinity of MP 58.36 (at Route 156)

Route 156 / NB & SB / vicinity of MP 0.0 (at Route 130 SB)

Municipality/County:  Bordentown Township & Bordentown City / Burlington County

Townships of Hamilton and Robbinsville / Mercer County

Nature of work:  Ongoing concrete pavement removal and replacing with Hot Mix Asphalt - Route 156 will be closed at Route 130 SB for the ongoing roadway work.

Anticipated Traffic Impacts: 

Starting Friday night, 11/05/2010, Route 156 will be closed at Route 130 SB (southern intersection) at 8:00 PM until 6:00 AM Monday morning for the replacement of concrete pavement with HMA on Route 130 SB.  The Route 156 closure will be at the southern intersection with Route 130 SB with local Route 156 access being maintained via the northern approach. 

Also, Route 130 SB will be reduced to one lane over the weekend in the vicinity of the southern intersection with Route 156. 

Description of New Traffic Pattern:

Traffic intending to take Route 156 SB to Route 130 SB will be directed to Route 156 NB and utilize the northern intersection with Route 130 SB.  Route 130 SB traffic headed to Route 156 will be directed to use the northern intersection.
