Office of Housing Inspection & Landlord Compliance

Performs the investigation, identification and verification of unsafe, unseemly and unsightly conditions which, if left unchecked, could threaten the public health and well-being. The purpose of this office is to insure that:

Properties are properly maintained
Property owners, landlords and tenants comply with all Township Housing Codes.
The purpose of the new ordinance is to protect the health, welfare and property of all Township residents.

All landlords are required to file for license by August 25th 2009

All residential dwelling units which are available for rent or lease to be filed for by August 25th 2009
