Office of Housing Inspection  & Landlord Compliance

 Performs the investigation, identification and verification of unsafe, unseemly and unsightly conditions which, if left unchecked, could threaten the public health and well-being. The purpose of this office is to insure that:

• Properties are properly maintained 
• Property owners, landlords and tenants comply with all Township Housing Codes. 
• The purpose of the new ordinance is to protect the health, welfare and property of all Township residents.
