What are the specifications for putting up a shed over 100 square feet?

A shed may be erected in side and rear yard areas only and shall be set back from side and rear lines as described below:
The foundation for the shed can be a concrete slab or 4 inches of gravel.
10' x 10' or smaller shall be set back three feet from the side and the rear property lines.  An EZ Permit/Zoning Permit is required.
Sheds are to be twenty (20') feet from any adjacent dwelling.
Over 10' x 10' to 12' x 12' shall be set back three feet from the side and the rear property lines.  A Construction Permit is required on sheds over 10' x 10'.
12' x 12' or larger is considered an accessory building, the setbacks are determined by the particular zoning district that the property is located in.
To obtain a permit, please bring a copy of your property survey along with the proper permit application (EZ or Construction) to the Land Use Office, Room 307 in the Municipal Building.  

Permits are good for one year.
