Do I need a permit to replace my driveway, sidewalk or curb and if so what is the fee?

Yes a permit is required. Applications for a DRIVEWAY/PARKING AREA PERMIT or a SIDEWALK. CURB & APRON CONSTRUCTION PERMIT

are available at the Engineering Office.  A plot plan (survey) is not required for curb and sidewalk or if you do not intend to widen your driveway. If you are widening your driveway, your application should include a plot plan.

The Public Works Inspector will inspect the new driveway, curb or sidewalk. Homeowner instructions regarding scheduling the inspection is included in the application.
The application fee for these permits is $30.00 each.
