Why am I unable to access my sewer bill using the online payment application?

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU RECENTLY PURCHASED YOUR PROPERTY WITHIN THE PAST TWO MONTHS AND ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS YOUR TAX BILL USING THIS PAYMENT APPLICATION, PLEASE CONTACT THE TAX OFFICE AND PROVIDE THEM WITH YOUR NEW BLOCK & LOT INFORMATION AND ASK THEM TO VERIFY THE NAME OF THE PROPERTY OWNER RECORDED IN THE TAX SYSTEM FOR THAT PROPERTY. IT MAY TAKE UP TO TWO MONTHS FOR A NEW OWNERS NAME TO BE OFFICIALLY RECORDED ON THE PROPERTY DEED AND IN THE MUNICIPAL TAX SYSTEM, SO THE PROPERTY MAY STILL BE LISTED UNDER THE PREVIOUS OWNER'S NAME.
